The most basic part of you and your children’s dental hygiene regime is a toothbrush. We recommend that you follow a few basic tips mentioned below to ensure that your child’s teeth are in good condition for a very long time to come.
•Brushes at least twice a day, ideally in the morning and before you go to bed
•Brush at least two minutes each time
•Be sure to brush the inner and outer surfaces of your teeth, as well as the chewing surfaces on your back teeth
•Replace the toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if it shows signs of wear
•Move the toothbrush in a gentle circular motion; try to avoid scrubbing it hard.
